These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flags (“Flags,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a mobile app that analyzes screenshots or images you choose to upload and provides generated observations such as red flags, yellow flags, green flags, and chemistry scores.
By using Flags, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You may use Flags only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without authorization, or upload content that you do not have the right to use.
You are responsible for the images, screenshots, text, or other content you submit to Flags.
Flags uses automated analysis to generate results. These results are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Flags does not provide professional, legal, medical, psychological, relationship, safety, or financial advice. You should not rely on the app as the sole basis for making personal, relationship, safety, or other important decisions.
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or not applicable to your situation.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Flags.
By submitting content to the app, you grant us a limited right to process, transmit, store, and analyze that content as needed to provide and improve the app. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.
Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, sexually explicit involving minors, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise violates someone else’s rights.
Flags may allow you to sign in using third-party services such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity associated with your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful or unlawful way.
Flags may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Pricing and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase.
